With our rapid expansion into the European and the US market, we are now looking to strengthen our presence in the LATAM area. We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our growth by identifying and engaging potential clients in the vacation rental and Airbnb sectors, ensuring they discover the unparalleled value of our platform.

Your Impact :

As a Sales Development Representative focusing on the LATAM markets, your role is critical in expanding our client base and driving sales growth. You will :

  • Identify and research potential clients in the vacation rental and Airbnb sectors within the LATAM.
  • Initiate contact with prospects through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and social media.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs and pain points, aligning them with Hostify's solutions.
  • Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations with the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and refine outreach strategies.
  • Continuously seek out new opportunities and innovative ways to engage potential clients.

Who You Are?

  • Experienced in sales, business development, or a similar role, ideally within the tech or travel industry.
  • Adept at managing and executing client-facing activities, with a knack for making technical information accessible to non-technical users.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset.
  • Exceptional at communication and relationship-building, capable of creating a positive experience for every client.
  • A quick learner who is technically savvy, comfortable with multitasking and thriving in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. Proficiency in additional languages is a significant plus.
  • A true team player, eager to contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
