Job Title : Learning Management System Coordinator
Job Description :
The Learning Management System (LMS) Coordinator will provide technical support to the training team and contribute to the development of instructional content within the LMS. Key responsibilities include uploading, publishing, managing, testing, and deploying content such as online courses, competency testing, quality improvement, and document control.
Create and manage high-quality educational content for diverse audiences.
Maintain data accuracy related to uploads and input from other sources.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective training strategies.
Provide excellent customer service and technical assistance to learners and system administrators.
Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improved learning outcomes.
Requirements :
This position requires a strong foundation in education or technology, combined with experience in training systems administration or a similar role. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly learn new technologies and possess excellent communication skills.
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Technology, or Computer Science.
2+ years of experience in a training systems administration or LMS administrator role.
Demonstrated ability to work in a regulated industry or rules-based system.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
