About the Role

We’re looking for a driven, bilingual (English + Spanish) Sales Representative / Business Developer to join our remote LATAM-based team. You’ll work directly with warm inbound leads, deliver product demos, and help business owners discover how Workee transforms their day-to-day.

This role is client-facing, with a strong focus on medical spas, beauty salons, and wellness clinics in the U.S.

What You’ll Do

• Follow up with warm inbound leads via phone and email
• Schedule and run product demos (Zoom / Google Meet)
• Present the product clearly and confidently in English and Spanish
• Guide leads through the pipeline and close deals
• Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot / Salesforce / Workee CRM)
• Collaborate with marketing & product teams to improve the sales funnel
