Opportunity

As a Technical Sales Development Engineer, you'll be the technical cornerstone of our commercial efforts in Mexico. You'll support both pre-sales and post-sales activities, working closely with customers, channel partners, and internal teams to design, deploy, and optimize IP video surveillance solutions tailored to diverse industry needs. Success in this role will be measured by solution adoption, customer satisfaction, and contribution to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales Support

• Deliver compelling product demos and technical presentations
• Analyze customer requirements and design tailored surveillance architectures
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop winning proposals and respond to RFPs
• Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments
• Guide customers through proof-of-concept and pilot deployments
