Objective :

The New Business Manager is responsible for identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new clients for Incubeta. This role focuses on driving revenue from new logos by developing strategic relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and positioning our digital marketing and marketing analytics solutions as the best fit for their business objectives, in a very consultative role.

Profile :

The ideal candidate is a proactive and results-driven professional with a strong background in business development, sales, or account management within the digital marketing industry. They should have a deep understanding of marketing analytics, performance marketing, and digital advertising, as well as experience in consultative sales processes.

Ideas about profiles that could be great candidates :

People with, background and experience in digital media (focused on branding and performance campaigns) could be media area managers with strong client-facing skills. They should have a sales-oriented touch, be good listeners, and know how to persuade.

Another profile could be someone who has operated accounts (an account manager for media, data, and / or tech services) with strong sales skills (because they understand the operational side, they'll be able to grasp what we do more quickly).

Job Functions :

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting. Opens doors to C-level contacts, directors or Marketing, Ecommerce, digital managers (decision makers or key stakeholders)
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients.
  • Engage with decision-makers to understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Present and articulate Incubeta's value proposition, capabilities, and services effectively in a very business oriented conversation
  • Craft compelling sales presentations for various levels (C-level, board members, directors, managers) and different departments (marketing, sales, e-commerce, digital, data, technology, general management), using an engaging storytelling approach and WOW effect, that consistently demonstrates business value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and pitch presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and track progress in our CRM.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and analytics.
  • Work closely with marketing and account management teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Hard Skills :

  • Must have a strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, social media advertising, and programmatic.
  • Must have understanding of marketing analytics and data-driven projects
  • Experience in B2B sales and business development for medium and large companies in Mexico or LATAM.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals (consultative sales)
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess potential business opportunities.

  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales in digital marketing, marketing analytics or technology.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Desired Experience as speaker at industry events
  • Languages : Spanish and English (spoken and written)

    Place within Organisation

  • Reports to VP of Marketing and Sales
  • Closely interacts with Finance, Client Success, Operations & Functional Managers
  • Front-facing with new clients (C-level profiles)
  • Build relationships and work closely with Google teams and other key media & tech partners
