We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to join our Assembly Engineering team. This role will focus on supporting and improving assembly, machining, factory automation, and welding processes, while also driving operational excellence through lean initiatives and change management.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with communication and project management skills to support production goals and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Support assembly process development and improvement initiatives.

Provide technical expertise in machining, TFD (Tools for Development), fabrication & welding, and factory automation.

Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), ensuring systems meet quality and operational standards.

Implement change management processes for new product introductions and process modifications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions from design to production.

Apply attention to detail to identify inefficiencies, propose improvements, and track progress.

Maintain documentation, workflows, and technical reports related to process performance.
