As a Loyalty Product Lead , you will act as the strategic and operational bridge between Doters and Viva, leading the integration, evolution, and delivery of loyalty product initiatives across Viva’s digital channels (web and app). This role owns the definition, prioritization, and implementation of all loyalty-related requirements, ensuring a seamless and consistent Doters experience within Viva’s digital ecosystem.
You will need strong coordination, influence, and governance capabilities to guarantee high-quality and timely execution across both organizations, in an environment where collaboration and negotiation are essential.
Define the Doters strategy within Viva’s digital channels.
- Define and document functional, UX / UI, and technical requirements for all Doters integrations in Viva’s web and app environments.
- Align and negotiate priorities between Doters and Viva, balancing business goals, technical feasibility, and user experience.
- Manage project timelines, dependencies, and release plans across both organizations.
- Lead governance routines including status reviews, prioritization forums, and release follow-ups to ensure visibility and accountability.
- Oversee QA, UAT, and validation processes, ensuring all releases meet quality standards and performance KPIs.
- Identify and champion opportunities for co-development, optimization, and innovation that drive mutual value.
Bachelor’s degree.
