ABOUT THIS ROLE

Ria’s mission is to be the most progressive money transfer company in the world by offering service excellence and the most competitive and reliable remittance payment services to our customers.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our friendly team at Queretaro, Mexico in Ria Headquarters. In this role, you will provide information to our customers about their transactions and resolve general queries they may have.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver exceptional customer service through phone interactions, ensuring a positive experience in every call.
• Utilize active listening and professional telephone etiquette to effectively address customer needs and inquiries.
• Process money transfers, bill payments, and mobile top-ups accurately, providing clear and complete information as needed.
• Apply efficient strategies to manage and resolve telephone-based tasks and challenges.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and understand the importance of a positive attitude when handling customer interactions.
• Manage job-related stress effectively while addressing and resolving situations with upset or distressed customers.
