ERP (QAD) Global Business Finance Analyst

The ERP Global Business Finance Analyst is responsible for playing a leadership role in our global QAD implementations. The Finance Business Analyst will participate in analysis of application requirements, the development of detailed project specifications, and the development, testing, training and implementation of major business initiatives. The analyst will also play a leadership role in working with the business & IT operations to continually optimize current business processes and practices.

Qualification / Experience :

• College diploma or university degree in the field of business administration, computer science, accounting, or management information systems.
• Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products
• Extensive experience (7+ years) with the targeted ERP application : QAD, SAP or Oracle…QAD preferred.
• 2+ years of management or project management experience.
• Working knowledge of barcode scanning systems and database query tools – currently using Eagle or other Bar Coding Equipment.
• Working knowledge of EDI with a preference in European Bank Drivers
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required.
• Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
• Highly self motivated and directed.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
