Job Title : Data Scientist / AI Engineer / AI Developer

Job Description : We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist / AI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Machine Learning and Generative AI, with a strong foundation in software engineering and cloud-native AI deployment. You will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling AI solutions that deliver real business value.

Key Responsibilities :

• Consult with non-technical stakeholders to explore AI possibilities and identify meaningful value creation opportunities (e.g., Agents) within specific business functions or domains (e.g., Sales, Customer Service).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.
• Guide non-technical stakeholders on AI capabilities and limitations to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Architect and implement robust AI solutions on Azure and other hyperscalers to address complex business challenges.
• Build and maintain production-grade ML pipelines and APIs in the cloud.
• Conduct experiments to explore and validate new applications of Generative AI that can benefit the business.
• Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of deployed AI solutions.
• Monitor and optimize models and costs in production environments.
