We are seeking a proven Business Development Manager (BDM) or Client Partner with an established network of clients. This individual will be responsible for opening new doors, securing MSAs, and positioning our company as a preferred vendor for IT talent.
About the Role This role involves leveraging existing relationships with clients to generate new business and drive the full sales cycle.
Responsibilities Leverage your existing relationships with clients to generate new business. Drive the full sales cycle : prospecting, relationship-building, presentations, negotiations, and contract execution. Secure direct vendor agreements / MSAs with mid-market and enterprise companies. Collaborate with recruiting teams to fulfill client needs quickly and effectively. Develop long-term strategic partnerships that expand revenue streams.
Qualifications Proven experience in IT staffing / consulting selling directly to clients. Demonstrated history of signing client accounts and growing them into sustained revenue. Strong understanding of client onboarding, procurement / vendor management processes, and supplier diversity programs. Ability to open doors with decision-makers (Directors, VPs, Procurement, HR, IT leaders). Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
