We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer (Mobile) to help drive the development of innovative and scalable mobile applications. As a technical leader, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead the design and implementation of mobile solutions using Swift. You will also provide mentorship to team members and ensure engineering excellence.

About the Team : Our team is dedicated to addressing customer, associate, and business needs by working with Walmart International, which includes more than 5,200 retail units operating in 23 countries such as Canada, Central America, Chile, China, India, Mexico, and South Africa.

What you'll do :

• Lead the development of high-quality mobile applications using Swift.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative mobile solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
• Ensure engineering excellence through code reviews, best practices, and continuous improvement.
• Debug and resolve complex issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Advocate for software craftsmanship and maintainable code.
• Document designs, implementations, and best practices.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of technical projects.
• Coordinate with product and design teams for smooth development cycles.
• Investigate and propose innovative solutions for complex mobile challenges.
