Test Automation Engineer Middle

In this role, you will join a friendly and diverse group of professional Test Automation Analysts within an enterprise-level Agile environment, building, designing, and creating automated test scripts for financial web applications and their APIs using Selenium, SoapUI, and Postman. Basic coding experience using C#, Java, or JavaScript is necessary. SWBC utilizes cutting-edge technical tools and offers continued growth in software testing and Agile SDLC practices.

Essential duties include the following :

• Build test cases, test plans, and test suites.
• Design and create automated test scripts (Web, API, and Microservices) as part of an application test suite.
• Manage manual and automated test management tools and execute them in CI / CD tools (Azure DevOps experience is preferred).
• Collaborate with business partners, product owners, and developers to ensure testing strategy satisfies all acceptance criteria and development outcomes.
• Perform ad-hoc and exploratory testing to identify issues outside of normal use.
• Test application features against performance expectations and baselines.
• Test applications for common security vulnerabilities.
• Create and maintain test data to support all aspects of testing, either through the application or directly with data sources.
