Senior QA Test (Monterrey)

Overview

We’re looking for a Senior QA Test Engineer to join our QA team supporting a major eCommerce marketplace platform integration. You’ll be hands-on in designing and executing comprehensive test plans, ensuring the quality and reliability of Mirakl integrations and marketplace functionalities. This is a full-time, onsite contract role in Monterrey — remote work is not available. Location : Monterrey, Mexico. Hybrid work arrangement : 3 days on site, 2 days from home.

Language requirement : Fully bilingual – English & Spanish. Experience : 3–6 years in QA; 2+ years specifically in marketplace testing.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze business and technical requirements for Mirakl marketplace implementations
• Design and execute test strategies, cases, and scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing
• Perform end-to-end testing of workflows such as product catalog & listing synchronization, payments & invoicing
• Conduct API testing for REST APIs (product, order, pricing, seller, catalog)
• Log and manage defects using Jira / ALM or equivalent tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Commerce, OMS, ERP)
• Prepare detailed test reports, QA documentation, and metrics
• Ensure readiness of test data and environments
