Job Title : Physician Advisor (Utilization Review & Clinical Denials) - Physicians and Doctors only

Location : On-site, Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico

Job Type : Full-time

Salary : $23,000 MXN gross per month (Approx. $19,120 MXN net after statutory deductions)

Benefits : Competitive remuneration, annual performance-based bonus, standard industry benefits.

Shift Schedule :

• Training Period : Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM
• Post-Training : Schedule may transition to Tuesday to Saturday , 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM

About the Role :

We are seeking a dedicated Physician to join our Utilization Review team. In this pivotal role, you will be the key medical authority ensuring that patient care is medically necessary, appropriately documented, and aligns with reimbursement policies. You will use your clinical knowledge to review cases, guide treating physicians on documentation, and help navigate the complexities of insurance claims and denials. This position is crucial for advocating for patients and ensuring the financial viability of care.
