Requirements :
Master's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or related field.12 years of work experience in strategic human resources management.Demonstrate expertise in designing and implementing training programs, managing compensations and benefits, and leading organizational development initiatives.Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.Solid understanding of HR metrics, budgeting, headcount planning, analysis of salary structures and incentive plans.Advanced English proficiency.Benefits :
