- Provide daily Level 3 support coverage by addressing questions and issues from business units and field personnel in our contract management space.
- Monitor system jobs and report issues with our 3rd party vendors.
- Troubleshoot issues within our internal CLM systems and in collaboration with 3rd party vendor developers
- High level of communication to clients through ticket, and sometimes on Teams call
- Provide routine off-hour support coverage, demonstrating flexibility for weekend support needs and specific business or IT events.
- Familiarity with software architecture, integrations, and APIs
- Experience with Jira, TestRail, Mulesoft, and test automation tooling is a plus
