As our Production Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the KPIs of the production lines, maintaining and developing workers' training skills, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Develop team members to become multitaskers
• Payroll control and management
• Report preparation
• Participation in RCPS meetings
• Coordinate necessary actions to keep KPIs on target across the entire supply chain
