Buscamos un Key Account Manager que lidere la gestión de cuentas globales top y contribuya al crecimiento del negocio mediante la atracción de nuevos clientes en México.

Coordinar con equipos internos (operaciones, aduanas, pricing, customer service) para garantizar la calidad del servicio.

Participar en licitaciones (RFQs) regionales y globales.

Monitorear KPIs de servicio, rentabilidad y cumplimiento.

Licenciatura en Comercio Internacional, Negocios, Ingeniería o afín.

Mínimo 5 años en puesto similar en empresas lideres de Freight Forwarding (Producto Aereo y Maritimo).

Experiencia gestionando cuentas en sectores como Automotive, Manufacturing, FMCG o High Tech.

Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito) – indispensable.

Dominio de herramientas CRM y Excel avanzado.

Capacidad de análisis comercial y financiero.

Mentalidad comercial con visión estratégica y orientación al cliente.
