GCP Infrastructure Engineer

Overview

The Endava Google Cloud team is on a mission to assist companies in transforming how they deliver products to their customers. We seek an accomplished technologist to join our new multi-cloud Infrastructure and Delivery Unit, tasked with delivering Cloud Landing Zones and modernization projects for various key accounts and industry domains. This presents a market-first opportunity to serve as a Lead Infrastructure Consultant and act as a multi-cloud subject matter expert to provide technical guidance on solutions design, governance, security, operations, and cost control best practices. Your proficiency and contributions will be pivotal in driving the ongoing expansion of our GCP capability within the Australian region. We are currently accepting applications for this permanent position from candidates located in Bogota. We endorse a hybrid work model to promote a healthy work-life balance.

Role Responsibilities

• Work with customers to design and build cloud-based infrastructures and landing zones
• Assist with the creation of infrastructure architectures and technical documentation
• Design and implement secure foundational cloud implementations
• Automated provisioning of infrastructure and applications
• Cloud-ready applications architecture
• Deliver end-to-end cloud-based infrastructure management solutions
• Present infrastructure modernization strategy to C-level executives
• Improvements to monitoring, logging and observability in client environments
• Defining and implementing cloud infrastructure governance and building deployment standards
• Work cross-functionally with the delivery management team
