Remote Talent LatAm is partnering with our client, a growing digital marketing company, to hire a Sales and Outbound Team Lead who will build and manage their outbound sales function from the ground up.
This is a strategic and hands-on position. At the beginning, you will be directly managing outbound campaigns and closing deals yourself. Over time, you will build and lead a remote sales team including cold callers, email marketers, and copywriters while developing a scalable outbound system.
Our client is looking for an experienced self-starter who can assess what is needed, propose a clear plan, and execute it independently. During the interview process, candidates will be asked to present their plan for building a successful outbound team and generating a consistent flow of qualified leads each month.
Requirements
- 5+ years Hands on experience of full sales cycles
- Hands on experience creating and running cold outreach programs using email, LinkedIn, and phone.
- Experience building and enriching lead lists with various tools and data sources.
- Experience building and managing an outbound team such as SDRs or cold callers.
- Proven ability to train, coach, and develop team members.
- Strong closing experience and confidence managing the full sales cycle.
- Three to five years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in digital marketing, agency, or SaaS environments.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing services such as PPC, Paid Social, SEO, and lead generation.
- Daily use of CRM, outbound email tools, LinkedIn, and calling systems.
- Proven record of meeting and exceeding growth and revenue goals.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, with a professional and persuasive style.
