Key Responsibilities :

• Support event-time hospitality operations across lounges, suites, and external hospitality villages.
• Act as a point of contact on the ground for hospitality staff, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Assist with hospitality space setup and readiness checks.
• Greet and guide hospitality guests, staff, and partners.
• Monitor venue flows and track real-time updates.
• Escalate operational challenges promptly.
• Support vendor and staffing coordination.
• Assist with post-match wrap-up tasks.
