Event Operations Manager - FIFA World Cup 26
We are seeking a skilled Event Operations Manager to join our team at the FIFA World Cup 26. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a world-class event and work closely with our hospitality teams to deliver exceptional experiences for guests.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support event-time hospitality operations across lounges, suites, and external hospitality villages.
- Act as a point of contact on the ground for hospitality staff, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Assist with hospitality space setup and readiness checks.
- Greet and guide hospitality guests, staff, and partners.
- Monitor venue flows and track real-time updates.
- Escalate operational challenges promptly.
- Support vendor and staffing coordination.
- Assist with post-match wrap-up tasks.
Requirements :
5 years of experience in event operations or related fields.Familiarity with stadium or live-event environments.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.Comfort with project management tools and reporting systems.Effective communication skills and ability to work across diverse teams.Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours.Occasionally lift and / or move up to 20 lbs.Ability to remain in a standing position for extended periods.Conversational English as a minimum.Legally able to work in Mexico.Ability to pass Accreditation process.Benefits :
We offer a competitive salary of 38,000 MXN per week based on 40 hours per week.
