Position Title : Motion Graphics Designer

Reporting Line : Reports directly to the Design Lead

Location : Onsite

General Purpose :

To design, animate, and produce visually compelling motion graphics and short-form content that communicates complex financial concepts in an engaging, modern, and brand-consistent way across digital platforms and marketing campaigns.

Specific Objectives (~12 months) :

• Independently produce motion graphics content that elevates the brand across social media, promotional campaigns, and internal initiatives.
• Develop internal templates and workflows to streamline animation production and maintain consistency across formats.

Assessment Process :

The interview is conducted in Spanish and includes a portfolio walkthrough, discussion of design process, and a brief English-speaking segment to assess bilingual fluency.
