Position Title : Motion Graphics Designer

Reporting Line : Reports directly to the Design Lead

Location : Onsite

General Purpose :

To design, animate, and produce visually compelling motion graphics and short-form content that communicates complex financial concepts in an engaging, modern, and brand-consistent way across digital platforms and marketing campaigns.

Specific Objectives (~12 months) :

  • Independently produce motion graphics content that elevates the brand across social media, promotional campaigns, and internal initiatives.
  • Develop internal templates and workflows to streamline animation production and maintain consistency across formats.

Key Activities :

  • Design and animate content for use across social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, promotional materials, webinars, and podcasts.
  • Create dynamic, high-impact motion graphics for platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Edit and enhance short-form videos using animated typography, transitions, and storytelling techniques.
  • Collaborate closely with the Design, Social Media, and Marketing teams to ensure visual assets align with campaign goals and brand identity.
  • Develop and manage a library of reusable templates and visual assets for fast content production.
  • Adapt visuals to suit platform-specific resolution and format requirements.
  • Stay current with motion design trends, platform behaviors, and AI-based animation tools.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute original ideas for enhancing visual communication and user engagement.
  • Requirements

    Key Competences :

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, typography, and composition.
  • Proven experience in creating digital-first motion graphics for brand and social campaigns.
  • Solid graphic design foundation, with the ability to create clean, balanced, and impactful visuals.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a collaborative, problem-solving attitude.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong communication and feedback integration skills.
  • Preferred :

  • Experience working in digital marketing or fintech industries.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered design and animation tools (e.g., Runway, Pictory).
  • Experience producing content for financial, trading, or investment platforms.
  • Exposure to brand systems and multi-format asset adaptation for social and video platforms.

    Assessment Process :
