Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Accounts Receivable / Payable Analyst

to join our growing team in

Mexico City (CDMX)

This role plays a key part in maintaining the financial health of our Mexico operations through accurate billing, payment processing, and coordination with our administrative partners.

Key Responsibilities

Issue customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner

Receive, review, and process invoices from suppliers

Manage payment processing to vendors

Maintain and issue statements of account for both customers and suppliers

Liaise with our contracted administrative services provider

Monitor and manage payment terms and due dates for both receivables and payables

Required Qualifications

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Experience in both accounts receivable and payable functions

Familiarity with CargoWise is a plus

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
