Warehouse Manager

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and optimizing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and coordinate warehouse operations including receiving, material picking and delivery to production, shipping, packaging, and inventory control.
• Plan, organize, and monitor daily activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Lead and develop warehouse personnel : assign tasks, provide training, and evaluate performance.
• Implement and sustain improvements related to warehouse layout, material flow, and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain order, safety, and 5S standards within the warehouse.
• Control and track performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, and Quality departments to ensure material availability and optimal flow.
