We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly creative Senior Product Design and Development Engineer to be the driving force behind bringing innovative foam products to market. In this creative role, you will act as a key liaison between our manufacturing plants in Mexico and the Corporate Product Development team in the U.reporting directly to the Vice President of Product Development. The ideal candidate combines strong design sensibility, hands‑on technical expertise, and collaborative leadership, ensuring that new products are both visually appealing and engineered for performance and manufacturability.
