Quality Engineer – Electrical Electronic Systems

Are you passionate about driving quality in cutting-edge automotive electrical systems? We are looking for a Quality Engineer (EES) to join our Engineering organization, supporting the Product Development Process for new vehicle projects . In this role, you'll serve as the quality representative within the design department , ensuring robust processes for design, integration, and validation of Electrical Electronic (EE) systems — including hardware, software, and mechanical components.

Key Responsibilities

• Align the Quality Management System (QMS) to Electrical Electronic Systems (EES)
• Define, formalize, and continuously update engineering and quality design processes
• Train and support engineering teams on quality processes and methodologies
• Develop and maintain EES operational schedules and performance monitoring
• Oversee EES design documentation for platforms, modules, and top hats
• Implement APQP for parts monitoring and quality assurance
• Evaluate the maturity of QMS requirements and support continuous improvement
• Maintain and update the Engineering Handbook (EHB) for EES
• Provide expert support on APQP / PPAP , Design Approval , and Quality Assurance methodologies
• Coach cross-functional teams to strengthen internal capabilities in QA processes
• Contribute to change management and enhance serial production robustness
