We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our customers. The role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process enhancements.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).High level of empathy and patience when dealing with customers.Education & Experience :
