Strategic Business Developer Manager
About the role :
We're seeking a seasoned business developer to drive growth and customer satisfaction in Latin America.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with strategic partners, leveraging their expertise to analyze business metrics and identify opportunities for expansion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients through regular communication and collaboration
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value accounts, ensuring timely issue resolution and escalating concerns when necessary
- Create and execute strategic account plans to achieve growth targets
- Design initiatives that optimize merchant performance using data-driven insights
- Facilitate weekly and monthly business reviews with merchants to track progress and address challenges
- Maintain daily visibility into performance metrics
- Prioritize customer needs within the organization and collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement solutions
- Develop and execute experiments to test hypotheses and measure results
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets related to merchants to inform business decisions
Requirements :
Proven experience in operations, sales operations, strategy, or related fields requiring data analysis and interpretation, preferably in tech companiesStrategic account management experience in e-commerce and / or payment industriesIdeal : Experience managing Asian brands (specifically China or Singapore-based)3-5 years of industry experienceBasic modeling / forecasting skillsFamiliarity with BI tools, preferably Google Looker StudioIntermediate SQL knowledgeAdvanced Excel / Google Sheets skillsSoft Skills :
