A major Spanish multinational in Technology Services is looking for an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in Mexico.
Responsibilities :
- End-to-end management of national and international recruitment processes. (LATAM)
- Posting job openings and promoting them across job boards and social media.
- CV screening and direct search (headhunting).
- Conducting technical and competency-based interviews.
- Preparing candidate reports, conducting reference checks, and performing market research.
- Negotiating employment conditions and providing support throughout the offer and onboarding stages.
- Collaborating on assessment programs for the onboarding and development of internal talent.
- Supporting employer branding initiatives and contributing to the continuous improvement of the candidate experience.
