We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team.

In this role, you will lead critical design discussions, leverage Figma for rapid prototyping, support user testing, and set the foundation for extended implementation phases. You will play a key role in shaping user‑centered designs that align with business goals and enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design activities for Customer Service‑enhancing Playbook projects
• Facilitate design workshops and collaborate with internal teams and third‑party vendors
• Conduct design reviews and refine the design system as needed
• Take ownership of design tasks and lead the discovery phase for new initiatives
• Create original designs tailored to the public transportation sector
• Manage minor design updates and focus on project sustainment and stabilization efforts
• Lead the soft commitment phase of design projects, making small adjustments as required
