Job Description
This position is responsible for leading and managing the quality and continuous improvement plans for Lennox Saltillo campus. This includes developing and implementing strategies to improve product quality, reduce defects, and increase efficiency and effectiveness by deploying our Lennox management system. The Quality and Continuous Improvement Sr. Manager will work closely with all cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement and will lead the implementation of Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to drive expected results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a quality and continuous improvement strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and customer requirements.
- Lead the implementation of Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to drive process improvement and cost savings across the organization.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement and facilitate the implementation of improvement initiatives.
- Drive the strategic leadership and execution of the Lean Transformation Plan for Saltillo Campus.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement robust processes and procedures to ensure product quality, compliance with regulatory requirements and operating effectiveness.
- Lead comprehensive lean transformation projects to drive improvements in efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on progress against quality and continuous improvement goals and objectives and identify and address any issues or challenges.
- Lead and mentor a team of quality and continuous improvement professionals, including training and development as needed.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in quality and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Industrial engineering, quality management).Minimum of 10 years of experience between quality and continuous improvement, with a proven track record of driving results in a multi-site manufacturing and business process environments.Master's degree and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.Strong leadership and team management skills.Strong coaching and training skills.Proficiency with lean and quality management softwareProficient in both written and spoken English#J-18808-Ljbffr
