Job Summary :

Pavion is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Leader to oversee a team of 7-10 collectors and develop strategies to improve collection rates and reduce delinquency.

Key Responsibilities Include :

• Supervising and supporting a team of collections specialists
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve collection rates and reduce delinquency
• Handling escalated collection accounts and negotiating payment arrangements with clients
• Preparing and analyzing collection reports and performance metrics

Requirements :

The ideal candidate will have a college degree, preferably in accounting or business, and 2+ years' experience in a supervisory role for accounts receivable or customer service. They must be fluent in English and proficient in MS Office. A strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills is required.

Work Arrangements :

This role is currently work from home, but may transition to in-office work if business needs arise. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 6 am to 3 pm CT or 7 am to 4 pm MX time.
