Acceleration Center - Strategy - Change Management - Manager at PwC México. At PwC, our people in project portfolio management focus on optimising project portfolios to drive strategic business outcomes. These individuals oversee project selection, prioritisation, and resource allocation to facilitate successful project delivery. You will oversee and coordinate various projects to facilitate successful delivery within budget and timeline, leveraging strong organisational and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders. You will lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values, and embrace technology and innovation to enhance delivery.
You will identify opportunities that contribute to the success of the Firm and play an important role in mentoring, coaching, and developing team members while maintaining high standards of process documentation and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute complex change management initiatives for a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries.
- Design and implement tailored change strategies that facilitate smooth transitions and sustainable adoption of new processes, systems, and organizational shifts.
- Assess change readiness, engage stakeholders at all levels, and craft comprehensive communication and training plans using methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step, or Lewin’s Model.
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to integrate change management activities into broader project plans and strategies.
- Mentor junior associates and contribute to the growth and capability development of the team; maintain high standards of documentation and reporting.
- Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of change interventions and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Maintain strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to influence decision-making and stakeholder buy-in.

Preferred candidates hold degrees in areas such as Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Communication, Sociology, Computer Science, Engineering (Industrial, Systems, Telecommunications, Electronics), Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Management.
Experience and Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in change management, organizational transformation, or change consulting within a client-facing environment.Proven track record of leading end-to-end change initiatives (stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training delivery, change impact assessments).Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams.Experience applying change management methodologies (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step, Lewin’s Change Model) or equivalent frameworks.Experience in fast-paced environments managing multiple projects with competing priorities.Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).Exposure to diverse industries (technology, healthcare, consumer, financial services, etc.).Prior consulting experience in a professional services firm is preferred.Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members.Certifications
