Finance Report Developer Manager

The Report Developer Manager is responsible for the development of activities of reporting, analytical, and data solutions across the technology used by the Data Solutions team. This role is responsible for the management of issues with 3rd party vendors, prioritization, and assignment of the Report Developer resource to ensure optimal output and customer satisfaction. The Report Developer Manager ensures that the user experience is optimized at all times for assigned reports / dashboards, including system performance monitoring, easy navigation, and engaging user interface (GUI) in line with design standards and best practices.

Key accountabilities

• Delivery of Global Finance BI / EPM reporting strategic priorities for assigned projects
• Delivery of Winning Metrics reporting (finance and non-finance data) for assigned projects
• Delivery on established deadlines for BI / EPM report development assigned requests (finance and non-finance data)
• Annual End User Experience Index for the segment of system functionality
• Proper system documentation
• No SOX control or audit-related exceptions
• Responsible for the Global Technology application developers, data architects, data modelers, project managers, offshore testing teams, IDT Business Analyst, and Technical Support teams
• Finance Business Support and FP&A teams
• Internal & external Audit
• Development process of reports & UX for assigned projects
• System documentation for assigned projects
• Prioritization of resource allocation with agreed parameters
