Responsibilities

• Break down complex problems into simple, actionable workflows.
• Track and follow through on high-priority tasks ensuring deadlines are met and nothing slips.
• Spot inconsistencies, implement quality checks, and drive clarity across the team.
• Coordinate across Sales, IT, and Operations to remove blockers and keep momentum up.
• Build systems that create visibility into team responsibilities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Help the founder structure ambiguous challenges into clear next steps.
• Surface what needs attention, escalate when appropriate, and keep people accountable without micromanaging.
