Senior Financial Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our financial strategy and drive sustainable business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of efficient resource management, compliance with regulations, and delivering accurate, timely financial information.This role requires a strategic thinker who can design internal control and audit strategies, coordinate annual financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, and ensure fiscal, legal, and corporate obligations compliance.Lead the accounting, treasury, cost control, credit & collections, purchasing, and stores functionsPrepare financial statements in accordance with local and international standardsDevelop and implement internal control and audit strategiesCoordinate annual financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processesEnsure compliance with fiscal, legal, and corporate obligationsBuild strong relationships with banks, external auditors, and authoritiesAct as an executive committee member, contributing to the overall strategic directionDevelop and inspire the finance teamRequirements : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or postgraduate studies preferred)Minimum 8 years of senior financial management experience in luxury hospitality or tourismAdvanced English, knowledge of accounting standards (NIF, IFRS), and Mexican tax regulations requiredWhat We Offer : Creating joy is at the forefront of everything we do.
