The Regional Payroll Senior Manager is responsible for empowering strategic decisions through payroll expertise, fueling sustainable growth by delivering insights and driving value across global operations.

This role will lead payroll operations across LATAM, ensuring full compliance with local and international regulations. It is pivotal in driving payroll strategy, optimizing processes, and supporting cross-functional collaboration with HR, Legal, and Compliance teams.

The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end payroll operations across multiple LATAM countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. They will manage payroll systems and interfaces, troubleshoot data issues, and coordinate with HR to validate employee records.
