Ingredion is seeking a dynamic Supervisor, Talent Acquisition to lead a team of analysts and deliver top-tier talent across North America. This role offers the opportunity to shape recruitment strategies, enhance candidate experiences, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, global environment.

As a Supervisor, Talent Acquisition, you will coordinate and lead the Talent Acquisition team to ensure the delivery of high-quality recruitment services across the Americas region.

This role reports to the Associate Manager, Talent Acquisition and oversees a team of 6 Talent Acquisition Analysts.

What will you do :

• Lead and manage a team of Talent Acquisition Analysts to meet hiring goals and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations throughout the hiring process.
• Support diversity and inclusion efforts in recruitment practices.
• Partner with HR and other stakeholders to align talent acquisition with broader organizational goals.
