Our client is seeking a performance-focused Senior Advertising Manager to launch, manage, and optimize cross-channel campaigns across programmatic, Meta, and Google. The ideal candidate will love to work in a fast-paced environment, have a highly analytical mindset, and be able to think both creatively and strategically to execute high-impact performance-driven campaigns that maximize visibility, reach, and revenue growth.
Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Programmatic, Meta, Google Ads / YouTube, and other digital placements
Develop and implement data-driven media strategies to drive visibility, incremental reach, and customer acquisition
Collaborate with Merchandising, Brand Strategy, and PPC teams to align on campaigns that support business and brand goals
Monitor budgets, pacing, and performance to ensure hitting ROI and efficiency targets
Provide weekly performance analysis with actionable insights and recommendations
Proven track record of success driving incremental reach and revenue growth across large-scale media budgets ($6M+ annually)
~ Expertise working with Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, DV360, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads / YouTube
~ Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency; experience with data visualization tools a plus
~ Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
This is a remote position and candidates must have an available work-from-home setup
