As our Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our Latin American customers by being a trusted advisor, creating a rapport and instilling product confidence.Process and monitor sales orders, ensuring complete order administration.
Provides service to customer and manages customer specific information (e.g. provides information, supports, answers questions, etc.)
Minimum 2 years of sales and customer service experience
Bi-lingual in Spanish & English
Analytical thinking capabilities with creative problem-solving skills
