Your mission
Be Rigicon’s ambassador in Mexico . You will build the market, lead our distributor partners , stay close to surgeons, organize sales and education, and connect Mexico with Rigicon’s global network. This is a results-driven, hands-on role.
What you will do
- Lead distributor partners : select, train, set targets, review progress each month, coach field teams, and improve country coverage.
- Grow the market : open hospitals and clinics; add new implanting surgeons; ensure product availability and reliable support.
- Be with surgeons : regular visits, support in the operating room when needed, plan workshops and hands-on practice.
- Run sales initiatives : medical events, product demonstrations, case sharing, and referral programs between surgeons.
- Connect Mexico to our global network : bring best practices, invite speakers, share materials, and arrange visits to reference centers.
- Work cleanly and ethically : keep our sales system up to date, share simple weekly and monthly updates, and follow all laws and company policies.
What you bring
Solid experience in urology or surgical medical devices ; prosthetic urology experience is a strong plus.Proven record leading distributors and opening new hospital accounts.Confidence supporting cases in the operating room and leading training activities.Clear communication in Spanish and professional English for global teamwork.Valid work authorization in Mexico and readiness to travel.What we offer
