About The Program

The LATAM Women Trainee Program in Operations is a pioneering initiative by Prysmian LATAM, designed to empower fresh women graduates in technical fields. This program offers a unique opportunity to launch a career in engineering or manufacturing, with a strong focus on diversity, inclusion, and professional development.

• Comprehensive Job Rotation : Trainees will participate in a structured rotation across key business areas, including R&D, Process Engineering, Quality, Production Maintenance, HSE (Health, Safety & Environment), and Supply Chain. Each rotation is designed to provide hands‑on experience and a deeper understanding of the business.
• Practical Learning : In every rotation, trainees will be assigned value‑adding tasks (e.g., conducting FMEA in Maintenance, TWI in Production, risk analysis in HSE) and will present their completed projects at the end of each phase.
• Exposure to Multiple Functions : The program covers a wide range of topics such as manufacturing processes, production planning, workplace safety, continuous improvement, innovation & technology, sustainability, and more.
• Professional Development : Trainees will benefit from digital trainings, leadership development, and participation in the Prysmian Academy.
