Your Day-to-Day

As Amplification Manager, you will ensure the effective execution and amplification of brand strategies across all non-traditional media channels. You’ll monitor, coordinate, and improve the impact of campaigns and activations delivered by creative, event, PR, and digital teams—ensuring these efforts reach and engage legal-age audiences at scale. This role requires a strategic mindset to track performance, identify optimization opportunities, and maintain alignment with business and brand objectives

Key Responsibilities

• Amplification Oversight & Strategy : Ensure all amplification initiatives (social campaigns, content partnerships, non-paid collaborator activations, events, and collaborations) are completed in time and in line with brand strategies. Develop a clear amplification framework, define objectives and KPIs, and provide strategic input to improve campaign visibility and impact.
• Coordination & Tracking : Work closely with internal teams (digital, brand, PR, events) and external agencies to ensure seamless execution. Maintain a master calendar of amplification efforts, track progress, resolve executional gaps, and oversee external partners to ensure deliverables meet performance and compliance standards.
• Measurements & Insights : Continuously monitor performance metrics across social, non-paid collaborators, events, and partnerships. Generate regular reports, analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, and enhance the amplification approach.
• Team Member Management : Act as the key liaison between brand owners, creative teams, commercial teams, and agencies. Support cross-functional teams to ensure all amplification initiatives are integrated into broader digital and marketing plans.
• Budget & Resource Allocation : Support the tracking and optimization of amplification budgets to ensure cost-effective execution and ROI
