- Excellent English and Spanish communication skills
- Proven customer support experience or client service representative experience
- Able to appreciate customers' perspectives and show empathy
- Active listening to fully engage customers with their concerns
- Ability to multitask
- Computer and online navigation capability to multitask during customer interactions with multiple systems and resources
- Understand policies and procedures and communicate them professionally to customers
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints / concerns
- Listen to customers' concerns, maintain a positive attitude, and calmly respond to customers' complaints, issues, and questions
- Resolve customers' concerns and answer customers' questions to the best of ability
- Able to manage stressful situations in customer service
