Work Schedule : This a remote position only from Metropolitan Area of Guadalajara. We focus on offering the first level support for Voiceline problems (Incidents, Service interruptions) as well as working on the production defects and vulnerabilities that are continuously being discovered in our services, doing the analysis to find the root cause, code changes, validations, and release process.
Voiceline is the automated self-service system that lets a member do different bank operations in a phone call without requiring a representative on the phone.
