Mandatory :
- Graduate - BA or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations, Change Management.
- Experience in ESS portal
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures and employment laws
- Results and deadline driven.
- Proficient in HR platforms (People Soft, Workday etc).

Process & do quality checks on HR transactions which may include :New hiresEmployment data changesTerminations / RetirementsEarnings / deduction transactionsResolve and handle tier 2 & 3 transactional and administrative issues relating to areas such as leave administration, wage statements, unemployment claims, benefits administration etc. through comprehensive and accurate research within commitment guidelinesIdentify trends and high-volume inquiries that may indicate corporate-wide issues; get the team prepared to handle such high volumes at timesEscalate non-transactional, production, or interpretative policy issues promptly and according to established protocolsMaintain & report on service level agreementsEvaluated the adequacy of current programs and recommended plan design changes and the addition of new plans.Supervised legal, financial and procedural activities.Train and develop team membersProvide both positive and negative feedback to team membersRespond to escalated issues from associates, HR professionals, and HR managers
