The Amazon Global Selling (AGS) Marketing team is in charge of driving awareness of selling globally and engaging potential Sellers through multiple channels to promote selling on Amazon. Our mission is to help Sellers understand the potential this program can bring to their business.
We are looking for a results-oriented marketer who wants to think strategically about new customer acquisition and grow successful International Sellers through innovative and creative marketing solutions. You will be responsible for creating and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns, optimizing performance across channels and being ultimately accountable for new Seller recruitment growing successful Seller registrations across LatAm.
This role is responsible for developing and executing the end-to-end Marketing Strategy for Amazon Global Selling (AGS) across Latin America, focusing on attracting and engaging new Sellers in Brazil, Mexico, and other key markets. The position requires a strategic thinker who can drive Seller segment penetration, plan and execute impactful marketing campaigns, and lead brand-building initiatives that clearly communicate AGS's value proposition. The ideal candidate will own the Go-To-Market plan, manage a yearly budget, and work closely with various teams including Program Managers, Sales, and Domestic Marketing experts.
This fast-paced role demands strong prioritization and communication skills, as well as the ability to think big, adapt to change, and navigate ambiguity while effectively managing relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
