Job Title : Talent Management Operations Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Talent Management Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the provision of Solution Center Services, adhering to Human Development policies and procedures.
About the Job :
This specialist will be responsible for providing accurate and timely customer support to employees, managers, and HDBP's in resolving their Human Development transactions. The individual will also resolve inquiries regarding HD programs, processes, systems, and policies via email and phone.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide customer support to employees, managers, and HDBP's in resolving their Human Development transactions.
- Resolve inquiries regarding HD programs, processes, systems, and policies via email and phone.
- Manage the organizational structure and employee labor and personal information.
- Ensure the accomplishment of Solution Center calls, emails, and chats regarding HD processes according to the Service Level Agreement and HD Service Delivery Model.
- Manage internal HD systems and databases (MyHD ticket tool, Oracle HCM, ADP, Cisco Agent).
- Collaborate with IT to articulate business needs and systems improvement opportunities.
- Participate in pre-payroll process and resolve main incidents.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
To succeed in this role, you will need :
